About Fermenting Change
Most information about the three-tier system is created by wholesalers and regulators in an attempt to defend the system. This information almost never describes the system’s faults or explains the way it harms the entire. Nor do these informational resources note how the system is built and sustained almost entirely to line the wholesalers’ pockets. Fermenting Change is an effort to balance the scales by offering the industry and interested consumers an alternative to this well-worn story.
